Last Stand: 1000 Days (“Oyun”) uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız oyunu kullanmayın.
1. Lisans
iO Digital Studio size, kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım hakkı verir. Oyunu tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutamaz, kaynak koduna dönüştüremez, değiştiremez, kiralayamaz veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız.
2. Uygulama içi satın almalar
- Tüm ürünler tek seferliktir; abonelik yoktur, otomatik yenilenen bir ücret alınmaz.
- “Destekçi Paketi” ve “Kalıcı 2× Araştırma” kalıcı ürünlerdir; aynı mağaza hesabıyla yeni bir cihazda Mağaza → Satın Almaları Geri Yükle ile geri yüklenir.
- Erzak ve Başlangıç paketleri tüketilebilir ürünlerdir; kullanıldıklarında geri yüklenemezler.
- Ödeme, iade ve fatura işlemleri Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından yürütülür. İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın kurallarına tabidir (reportaproblem.apple.com · Google Play iade).
- Satın alınan sanal öğelerin gerçek para karşılığı yoktur; oyun dışında alınıp satılamaz.
3. Reklamlar
Oyundaki reklamlar yalnızca ödüllüdür ve tamamen isteğe bağlıdır. Bir reklamı izlemek zorunda değilsiniz; oyunun hiçbir bölümü reklam izlemeye bağlı değildir.
4. Kayıt ve ilerleme
Oyun kaydınız yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur. Uygulamayı silmeniz, cihazınızı sıfırlamanız veya cihaz depolamasının işletim sistemi tarafından temizlenmesi hâlinde ilerleme geri getirilemez. Bulut yedeği yoktur.
5. Kullanıcı içeriği
Oyunda sohbet, takma ad, profil veya başka bir kullanıcı-kullanıcı içerik paylaşımı bulunmaz.
6. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Oyun “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu madde, tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.
7. Değişiklik ve sona erdirme
Oyunu ve bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişikliklerde bu sayfa güncellenir. Koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde lisansınız sona erer.
8. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici sıfatıyla, bulunduğunuz yerdeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve mahkemelerine başvurma hakkınız saklıdır.

By downloading or using Last Stand: 1000 Days (the “Game”) you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.
1. Licence
iO Digital Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, rent or redistribute it.
2. In-app purchases
- All products are one-off; there are no subscriptions and no auto-renewing charges.
- “Supporter Pack” and “Permanent 2× Research” are permanent; restore them on a new device with the same store account via Store → Restore Purchases.
- Supply and Starter packs are consumable and cannot be restored once used.
- Payment, refunds and invoicing are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow their rules.
- Virtual items have no real-world value and may not be traded outside the Game.
3. Advertising
Every ad is rewarded and optional. No part of the Game requires you to watch one.
4. Saves and progress
Your save is stored on your device only. Deleting the app, resetting the device or an OS storage clean-up removes it permanently. There is no cloud backup.
5. User content
The Game contains no chat, nicknames, profiles or any other user-to-user content.
6. Limitation of liability
The Game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the Game and these terms; this page is updated for material changes. Your licence ends if you breach these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
